目前，Deerhorse One Zero Eight Group Holding Limited没有任何实质性业务。通过我们的全资子公司Deerhorse HK，我们寻求收购或与Luma 108进行未确定的业务合并，Luma 108与公司拥有共同管理权。因此，我们在下文中纳入了我们对Luma 108的商业计划，假设我们可能会成功地与Luma 108进行业务合并或收购部分或全部Luma 108。

Huibin Jiang

Huibin Jiang serves as the founder and chairman of LUMA 108, a prominent online service-commerce company. Additionally, he holds the position of brand ambassador at the 9th China Role Model Congress and serves as the Deputy Secretary of the "Be with you all the way" Party branch in Jiangxi Province, China. Drawing upon his extensive professional knowledge and practical experience, Jiang leads the LUMA 108 team in establishing the company as a key player in the online service e-commerce sector in China. Under his guidance, the company has earned widespread recognition within the industry, achieving notable success, and fostering innovation. Prior to his current role, Mr. Jiang held the position of CEO at Jiangxi Duosiying Information Technology Co., Ltd. from 2015 to 2021.

Xiang Liu

Xiang Liu is a graduate of Guangzhou First Military Medical University of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, holding a master's degree. From 2017 to 2021, Xiang Liu served as the CEO at Yinchongzhe New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Currently, he holds the position of director at LUMA 108 and is recognized as an expert in the new energy industry. Xiang Liu possesses substantial knowledge and experience in the field of new energy.

Between 2012 and 2015, he actively participated in various new energy projects, applying innovative technologies to sectors such as agriculture, small towns, and special areas. His efforts yielded commendable results, earning widespread acclaim. In 2019, Xiang Liu assumed senior management roles in several new energy enterprises, demonstrating profound industry expertise and a robust network of human resources.

Recognizing the significant potential of the new energy vehicle market, Xiang Liu is a proponent of the notion that the development of new energy vehicles requires well-established supporting services, particularly in the domain of charging piles.
